EE Merchant facilitates two-way communication between the food delivery company and its restaurants. The restaurant staff can manage their orders and communicate order status to the dispatchers for real time update, this minimizes the time spent by dispatchers over the phone for order communication with restaurants. Faxing, printing of orders has been eliminated from the app. The order can be viewed and printed on demand if needed.
